  How It Works

  This isn’t just another voice class—this is a structured, exam-focused program designed to help you understand, practice, and apply the Figures in real-world singing and teaching.

  Each week, we’ll:

  
  📍Start with a quick check-in on last week’s practice (questions welcome!).

  📍Recap the Figure of the day and work through it step by step.

  📍Use both the official Estill training exercises and additional practice strategies we’ve developed.

  📍Look at voiceprint analysis and test conditions.

  📍 Workshop how to train it into muscle memory and make it usable in real-world singing.

  📍 End with personal feedback for anyone who wants to check their Figure options.

• Full access to weekly session recordings - and on-going access available until up to 60 days after the end of program for catch up and revision practice.

• Every session includes an opportunity for individual feedback on your Figure test conditions.

• BONUS: If you’re attending live but need to miss a week (with 48+ hours' notice), you’ll get a 3-10 min private session with Stephanie to check in on that week’s figure (T&Cs apply).

This ensures whether you attend live or self-direct, you’ll stay fully engaged in the training.

This is a 28-week program designed to get you through the EFP process with structured learning and support. Unlike traditional courses requiring a large upfront payment, this program is structured as a weekly subscription of AUD 90 automatic payments through Stripe—making it more manageable, like a long-term payment plan.

• No Upfront Payment Required – Instead, it runs as a weekly AUD 90 subscription (like a long-term payment plan rather than a lump sum - automatic payment option only). Includes GST & Stripe Surcharges.

• 28-Week Commitment – Payments continue for the full 28 weeks, even if you’re not in every live session.

  🛑 Please Read Before Signing Up:

  • No refunds. All sessions are recorded, so you won’t miss content.

  • Stripe Subscription uses automatic payments from the payment method you nominate when you enrol. This subscription fee of $90AUD will be charged every Thursday. See Stripe Terms & Conditions for missed payments etc.

  • 4 Weeks’ Notice Required for cancellation. After this, early withdrawal requires 50% payment of remaining weeks and access to content will be removed.

  • Exam fees are separate. The EFP exam is AUD 230, and Estill Voice Training requires a separate registration fee.

  • If Stephanie is unavailable to teach, another qualified instructor will run the session. If a session needs to be cancelled, a make-up session or specialised recorded session will be provided.
    

• This isn’t just a drop-in class; it’s a program designed to help you get exam-ready (as long as you put in the weekly practice/play/exploration!). When you sign up, you’re committing to the full program of 28 weeks, whether as a live participant or a self-directed participant.

  Here’s why that matters:

  1. The Group Dynamic: Your participation keeps the group moving forward and creates a supportive space for everyone to learn.

  2. Progress Toward the Test: This program is built to give you the skills and confidence you need, but regular practice is key.

  3. EFP Test: This is the goal, but not compulsory. The EFP Test is conducted in-person or online with Stephanie. It is AUD 230 for up to 2 hours, and Estill Voice Training requires a separate registration fee. Find out more about EVI Certification Policies here: www.estillvoice.com

• The 3-10 min private feedback sessions apply only to that week's figure.

• Live participants who miss a session (with 48+ hours' notice) can claim a feedback session for that session.

• Self-directed participants receive weekly feedback sessions as part of their program.

• Unused feedback sessions do not roll over—if you don’t use it within the week following the class, it is forfeited.

• The Voice Gym reserves the right to substitute instructors or, in rare cases, reschedule a class by:

  • Providing a specialised recorded session to keep you on track OR

  • Adding an extra session at the end of the program as a make-up for the cancelled class.
